LSBUD User Webinar – Available For All
Following a series of sector-based User Webinars throughout the summer, we are delighted to announce that we are extending our new monthly webinars for all our Users going through various parts of LSBUD, how to best use the service with hints and tips along the way.
Whether you are a new or seasoned User of our service there will be something for you so we can’t wait to see as many of you as possible there!
As you may already know, we recently released a new version of LSBUD so our first User Webinar, taking place on Wednesday 27th September from 2:30-3:00 pm, will aim to show you more about the improvements and enhancements which have been driven by you, our Users.
The Next Generation version of LSBUD still provides the same great service you are used to receiving but in a more attractive, modern, easy to use way.
Our new site enables you to effortlessly access all essential features while on the move, eliminating any inconvenience. Introducing our latest app with an enhanced and responsive user interface that seamlessly adapts to both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring a smooth User experience regardless of the device you use.
Some of the enhancements we will be discussing are:
- New Look Enquiry Confirmation Document
A more streamlined appearance and accessibility. - User Dashboard Area
New area to view your LSBUD statistics. - Two Step Authentication
For enhanced security - New Default Satellite View
Mapping location screen now defaults to a satellite view making it much easier to select an accurate search location, especially in rural areas
The improved LSBUD system is available now, and this short, interactive Webinar is designed to make your User experience as simple and straight-forward as possible.
