ElecLink is a new project to design, install and operate an HVDC 1000MW electricity interconnector between France and Great Britain via the Channel Tunnel. ElecLink is a wholly owned subsidiary of Getlink, the company that owners the Channel Tunnel concessionaire, Eurotunnel.

LSBUD will help ElecLink to protect their high voltage cable on the UK land side of the Channel Tunnel. All LSBUD Users will be alerted immediately if their search falls within the vicinity of the ElecLink asset.
