All our users can use the the LSBUD Service as usual through Christmas and New Year period. The LSBUD Support Team will be available during the following dates/times:
- Friday 24 December – Open 0900-1300, email support only between 1300-1700 voicemails will be replied to
- Monday 27 December – CLOSED Christmas Day Bank Holiday
- Tuesday 28 December – CLOSED Boxing Day Bank Holiday
- Wednesday 29 December – Limited email support 0900-1700 voicemails will be replied to
- Thursday 30 December – Limited email support 09:00-1700 voicemails will be replied to
- Friday 31 December – Limited email support 0900-1700 voicemails will be replied to
- Monday 3 January – CLOSED New Year’s Day Bank Holiday
- Tuesday 4 January – offices reopen as normal 0900- 1700
