2020 Quarter 3 Newsletter

2025 Quarter 2 Newsletter

We can hardly believe where the time is going in 2025, there has been so much happening we feel as though our feet have hardly touched the ground.  You will have read in the last newsletter, but March saw the launch of LSBUD in Northern Ireland which was a huge milestone for us.  It is too early to see any kind of trends however we can see that the enquiries are growing and as new Members join this will only continue so watch this space for more insights as the months progress.

In terms of enquiry numbers, following a plateau in figures for the first time during 2024 it seems numbers are increasing again this year with over 1,650,000 enquiries already having been submitted and we are not even half way through the year.  We love seeing these figures rise as it means more and more of you are choosing to search before you dig which is fantastic!

2025 Quarter 1 Newsletter

It doesn’t feel like five minutes since we were wishing you Merry Christmas and here we are now with Spring well and truly upon us!

So far 2025 has been extremely busy for the team here at LSBUD with lots going on.

We’ve welcomed several new Members and have more in the pipeline that we look forward to sharing with you.  In terms of events, we’ve been delighted to see so many of you at LAMMA in January and the CECA Southern event at Heathrow Airport in February.  We will be at both HAUC and the SHiFT conferences this week so feel free to come and say hello. On top of all this there have been close to 1 million searches already submitted so far this year which is fantastic.

2024 Quarter 4 Newsletter

We can hardly believe it but with Christmas just around the corner we are nearly at the end of another year, and what a year it’s been!

With lots of new Members joining and more still in the pipeline, additional services being  launched, the biggest Damage Prevention Day yet and the inclusion of Select Surveys into the LSBUD group to name just a few of this year’s highlights, it’s safe to say it has been a busy year for the team here at LSBUD.  All this whilst still providing responses for just under 4 million enquiries on behalf of more than 160 asset owners.

We still have some exciting announcements to come in the near future but we are very proud of everything that has been achieved during 2024.
